Processing Times
Since each product is made to order, processing times may vary
Processing begins shortly after your order is placed. Because of this, orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
Shipping Times
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping option chosen at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
United States: 4–9 business days
Canada: 6–10 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 7–15 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days
Other Countries: 10–20 business days
Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or peak-season volume.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package ships, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not see the email.
Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, RuffTopia is no longer responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate your parcel:
Check your porch, mailbox, and surrounding areas
Ask household members and neighbors
Contact the shipping carrier directly for GPS confirmation
Notify us so we can assist where possible
RuffTopia does not provide refunds or replacements for packages marked Delivered.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your address at checkout.
If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately.
If your order has already shipped, we cannot reroute the package, and RuffTopia is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
