Each portrait is made just for you 🐾 Because of this, we begin working on your piece as soon as your order is placed.
Due to the time and care involved, all custom portrait sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once an order is confirmed.

Uncustomized Products (Returns & Store Credit)
For non-customized items, we’re happy to help with returns if:
- The item must be undamaged and in a condition suitable for resale
- You contact us within 30 days of receiving it

Once we receive and inspect the item, you’ll be issued a store credit so you can pick something else you love
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping fees when you place your order are non-refundable.
